     5 DEVICE FOR THE HANDLING OF LOADED PALLETS DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for handling / moving pallets, based on a manual drive mechanism that has means for holding and stabilizing the load on the corresponding pallet to make a safe transfer of it. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Numerous and varied means are known for carrying out the handling and transfer of pallets, such as classic electric pallet trucks or forklifts, as well as other manual mechanisms, in which in any case The pallet on which the load is established is lifted by a pair of 20 lifting bars that are inserted into the pallet, so that the load is not subjected to any type of lateral support, so that in its transport said load may oscillate or fall due to the inertia that occur in said displacement. Consequently, it would be desirable to have means that laterally secure the load transported on the pallets, adjusting to the lateral dimensions that said load could have. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The device for the handling / transfer of pallets of cargo, which is recommended has been designed to solve the problem set forth above, based on a simple but highly effective structure, reducing the time needed to move pallets and avoiding need for help from third parties who during the transfer laterally secure the cargo, avoiding the danger that this entails.For this and more specifically, the device of the invention is constituted from a base frame or support that is fixed, preferably by screws or by any other appropriate system, to the back of the support base of the pallet in the lifting equipment 5 in question, whether it is a forklift truck or a pallet truck, with the special feature that two independent mechanisms are mounted on that frame and in correspondence with the upper part thereof, one on the right and another on the left, symmetrical, and constituted in each case by means of a movable bolt in a bushing provided at the corresponding upper end of the support frame, in such a way that this bolt, and after a bend, is extended in a bar provided to adapt on the corresponding side of the load to be handled, all in combination with a double-angled lever, which at its initial end incorporates a stopper or male, which it extends in a section parallel to the bolt and be finished, after a right angle bend in a hand-operated lever, so that through the drive 15 of this lever the lateral displacement of the sidebar intended to hold the sidebar can be carried out. load, as well as its rotation, so that in the position chosen and adapted to the width of the load, the male element or stop provided at the start of the manual operating lever is interlocked in the teeth of a fixed rack provided between both mechanisms , which, as mentioned above, are arranged one on each side, so that by operating the latter independently, the arms or lateral bars can be adjusted to the sides of the load in a stable manner and thus hold it to stabilize it and be able to carry carry out a safe, efficient and simple transfer and handling of said cargo by means of the lifting equipment in question. 25 Say that the zipper is oriented horizontally with its teeth facing the operator operating the equipment. On the upper end of said frame (1) and in correspondence with its two lateral ends, two bushes (2) are provided on which they are mounted, with displaceable and rotating character, respective bolts or cylinders (3) which at one end have with a bar or side arm (4) whose function will be exposed later, whileits other end, and after a double bend, are extended on a lever with a horizontal section or bar (5) and an end section perpendicular to it manually operated (6), defining the section between the cylinder (3) and the bar (5) a stop (7) capable of engaging in the teeth (8) of a rack (9) located parallel to the 5 cylinders (3).
